What payment options are accepted?
The following payment options are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. We currently do not accept American Express cards.
What are my shipping options?
We currently only offer free standard shipping in the U.S. for our products. Please refer to the Shipping page for more information.
How can I update the shipping address on my order?
Addresses can be updated as long as the order has not been prepared for shipping. Please email us at contactliveinhisimage@gmail.com with your order number and address change request and we will notify you if the information can be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been sent to production yet. There is no guarantee so please contact us as soon as possible at contactliveinhisimage@gmail.com if you need to cancel an order.
How can I track my package?
After your order has been fulfilled, you should receive an email with your tracking number for your order. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox. If you did not receive it, email us at contactliveinhisimage@gmail.com with the order number.
Can I return an item?
Unfortunately, no. We do not currently accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page for more information on how to report a damaged item.
Do sizes run big/small?
Our clothing runs true to size. Please refer to the sizing charts for each product for measurements.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! We offer U.S. sizes up to 5XL on most products and up to 3XL for all products.
Do you offer kids’ sizes?
Not yet! It's coming soon so be on the lookout for when we do release our Kids Collections.
How can I become a brand ambassador?
We are currently in the process of creating our brand ambassador gifting program. If you're interested, email us at contactliveinhisimage@gmail.com with your name and social media handles with "Brand Ambassador Inquiry" in the subject. No experience or large following requirements necessary!
Our Suppliers/How are products made?
We have two main suppliers which we use to source our products. These suppliers print and ship our products directly to you as orders are made. Making our products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.
